☆Without character reference✰If you have any questions about something I might draw don't be afraid to ask!✦ GeneralArtist's Rights✰I reserve the right to decline any work if I find it outside of my ability to complete to the highest standard.✰I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise and copyright is transferred.✰I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork/process to share and promote on Patreon/Discord and other social media unless discussed otherwise.✰If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, as any kind of merchandise such as key chains, prints or in art books (transfer of rights not applicable to fanart).✰No AI / NFT.Client's Use and Understanding✰ Unless discussed otherwise, the client agrees that this is strictly for personal use (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.) and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.✰ If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use (streaming, patreon, advertisement, printing, merchandise etc), this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.✰ Depending on the situation, the rights may be transferred via a commercial fee of 100-200% of the original commission cost, in addition to the original cost.✰ Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if rights are transferred.✰ Client may not use the commissioned work to promote, encourage, or support hate and/or discrimination to any group or individual.General Commercial: Streaming / content use
Full Commercial: Merchandise / ads / print / keychains✦ Payments and refund✰ Payments will be made up front before work on the commission begins (larger payments may be split up into payment plans upon discussion).✰ Animations are paid 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval due to extended wait time.✰ Full refunds can be requested by the client ONLY if no sketch has been delivered.✰ Partial refunds may be given if the final work has not yet been delivered.✰ I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time during the creation process, with prior notification to the commissioner, in which case a full refund will be issued to the client.✦ Revisions✰ Each commission type will have it's own rules, generally I accept revisions when I send WIPS which will be at the sketch stage, color stage, and final stage. If you require more revisions than this there could be additional charges applied. For non-skeb style commissions, one (1) major revision may be requested ONLY during the sketch approval.✰ Revisions due to my own negligence are not the fault of the client and will not be considered toward these limits.✦ Deadlines and Delivery✰ Commissions can take 3 days up to 3 months to be completed. Exact estimate depends on the queue length.✰ If you have a specific deadline, you MUST let me know beforehand. A rush fee will be applied for priority delivery.✦ Communication✰ Communication about commission details can take place on VGen, or by email.✰ I will not communicate through other social media Direct Messaging.
